TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Pricing

The prices charged will be those applicable at the time of supply.

The prices shown are retail prices, thus VAT is NOT INCLUDED.

In the first transaction there will be a discount for payment in advance.

The existence of an unpaid bill will block the client’s account.

Any bill not paid by its expiry date will have to be paid in full immediately, with all its accumulated expenses.

Warranty

OLISOL guarantees all of its products for any fabrication defect during the first six months after the invoice’s date. And in no case does it cover any possible harm or damage that may be caused.

OLISOL warranty covers repair or replacement, at its election, in the shortest possible period of time of any component if the damage is not due to negligence, bad installation or improper use.

Under no circumstances OLISOL will accept charges for repairs on their products made by the client, without express written consent for the type and detail of the repair and its budget.

Goods return

No return of machinery will be admitted after 15 days of its delivery, and will be only if it has not been tested or used.

All the generated costs, including the transport, will be at the client’s expense. Any return of products must be previously authorised by OLISOL, S.L.

In case of this authorization, any return of products will be subjected to the following conditions:

Buyer shall indicate purchase delivery note number and date, and in case of faulty products, control number.
The material will be properly packaged and the shipment will be at the client’s expense.
Any adjustment in the product to make it suitable for sale again will be at the client’s expense.

Goods delivery

Except in case of express agreement, goods will be always delivered from OLISOL’s warehouse, and will travel at the buyer’s expense and risk, who should verify them at the moment of arrival.
