Up to size 18/18 the motors are hanging mounted, except for the 4 cv motor that is mounted on a floating bedplate. The fans with external motor have an 8 % increase.

THREE PHASE SERIE
 Belt-drive fan boxes with motor positioned out of the air flow, and low pressure centrifugal fan to transport air with a temperature of 400ºC during 2 hours. Homologated for smoke evacuation in case of fire (400ºC/2h).
Envolving construction in galvanised steel sheets.
Transmission system with trapezoidal belts, positioned out of the extraction flow. The transmission protection is composed by perforated galvanised steel.
Standard model with the motor mounted on the right side looking from the intake mouth (RG). Possibility to have the motor mounted on the left side (LG). Rectangular aspiration and impulsion bridels.
Horizontal propulsion. Centrifugal double inlet fans, with
frontally inclined blades. Smelting type pulleys positioned our of the air flow. With anti-vibration supports. Asynchronous motor, form B3, IP55, insulation class F.
Power supply 230/400 V for motors from 0,18 kW to 3 kW, and 400V for motors from 4 kW to 15 kW.
Two speed motors and single-phase motors 230V up to 1kW on request.

Fans certificated by LGAI for the evacuation of smoke at 400ºC/2hrs in case of emergency.

Transmission system with trapezoidal belts, so that the extraction flow is not affected.
The transmission protection is composed by perforated galvanised steel.
Low pressure centrifugal fan with double inlet and frontally inclined blades. Asynchronous motors with cage structure.
Electrical insulation class F and protection grade IP-55. Special smelting type pulleys
for high temperatures and anti-vibration supports.
Suited for general installations and installations with special risks.

The existence of an unpaid bill will block the client’s
account.
Any bill not paid by its expiry date will have to be paid in
full immediately, with all its accumulated expenses.
Any return of products must be previously authorised by OLISOL,
S.L.
No return of machinery will be admitted after 15 days of its
delivery, and will be only if it hasn’t been tested or
used. All the generated costs, including the transporting expenses,
will be at the client’s expense.
The devices have a guarantee that covers any fabrication defect;
in no case does it cover any possible harm or damage that may
be caused.
