 FUNCTIONING, MAINTENANCE AND CONSERVATION
FUNCTIONING
In order to light on the pilot, the gas valve must be open, and the switch in pilot position. Then we proceed to press the security valve meanwhile we light on the pilot, assuring that the three gas outlets are lighted, or at least the one that affects the thermopar. After a few seconds, we can stop pressing the security valve and if the flame still remains we can continue to light on the burner rings, first the small one and then the big one.
If for any circumstances we close the switch of the small burner, or if the pilot was extinguished, the gas flow will be stopped after a few seconds, and the gas burner will be turned off completely. To put it on again, we will proceed to repeat the initial process. 
MAINTENACE AND CONSERVATION
For a correct functioning, it is convenient to clean superficially the orifices of the burner rings once a week in order to eliminate any obstruction. This is easily done with a 2,50 mm drill or with a reamer of the same size. We also recommend the use of a metallic prong brush to eliminate the grease or particles that might have been incrusted in or near the mentioned orifices of the burner rings.
Also, it is convenient to make a complete cleaning up of the external pieces, once a year, depending on the frequency of use. For this, the user can choose between either a blowtorch, metallic prong brush, drill, etc. or whatever he consider convenient. In this annual cleaning-repairing procedure the main injectors and the gas exits should be cleaned and lubricated. This will avoid, among other inconveniences, inefficient combustion and the consequent smoke and soot, and – very important - the waste of gas.
In the case that the burner should not work correctly (yellow or excessively high flame) although this annual cleaning-repairing operation has been carried out, the air regulators would have to be checked (either very open or very closed), as well as the injectors and the rest of mechanisms. If the anomalies persist, the burner would have to be dismantled in order to eliminate the waste that probably has been accumulated in the interior of the combustion chambers, although this is highly improbable due to the great capacity they have. If these operations were to be carried out by the user, though it is not recommended if you are not an expert (maintenance mechanic, etc.), you will have to proceed as follows:
1º OPENING THE SMALL BURNER RING
This burner is fixed to the base by three screws and nuts. If these are released, the upper part of the burner ring (crown) is loose, and can be taken off the base after a few soft punches. After this you can easily proceed to clean the base.
2º OPENING THE BIG BURNER RING
This burner is more complex, due to the fact that it is surrounded by the supporting feet and therefore the upper part of the burner ring (crown) cannot be released if one of the supporting feet is not removed.
A. The two screws and nuts (6 x 100) of one of the feet onto the base are loosened, in order to liberate the foot.
B. Now we can release the three screws and nuts (6x100) that fix the upper part of the burner ring to the base and proceed as in point 1.
NOTE: the Paella Gas Burners have a consumption of 20.000 kcal.

No return of machinery will be admitted after 15 days of its delivery, and will be only if it hasn’t been tested or used. All the generated costs, including the transporting expenses, will be at the client’s expense.
 The devices have a guarantee that covers any fabrication defect; in no case does it cover any possible harm or damage that may be caused.
